A diverse delivery offer, adapted to your needs

All orders placed on the website www.laboutique.desjoyaux.fr are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and exceptional closures). Any order placed before 9:30 a.m. is prepared and shipped the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and exceptional closures). Orders placed after 9:30 a.m. are prepared and shipped the next day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and exceptional closures).

Delivery methods

The delivery methods are indicated to you after validation of your basket, you can then choose the delivery method which suits you according to the announced shipping costs and the estimated delivery time.

Depending on the type of item in your basket, the size of your package, its weight, the delivery area, or whether it contains items considered dangerous... not all delivery methods will be offered to you.

The Desjoyaux Boutique offers the following delivery methods:

COLISSIMO delivers all items, except those considered dangerous or bulky, to your home or collection point throughout mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, and Italy (excluding collection points). With Colissimo, you can choose between home delivery and collection point delivery: to a post office, a retailer, or a Pick-up Station.

CHRONOPOST express delivers all types of items to your home or collection point , express delivery of all types of items throughout mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, and Italy (excluding collection points). With Chronopost, you have access to home delivery or collection point delivery: post office, retailer, or Chronopost agency. Chronopost imposes a maximum size and weight for packages. Chronopost does not deliver items considered hazardous to collection points.

CHRONOPOST Classic home delivery, available only in Belgium and Italy, delivers all types of items to your home. Chronopost imposes a maximum size and weight limit for packages.

GEODIS delivers all types of items to your home by appointment, throughout mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium and Italy.

FRANCE EXPRESS delivers all types of items to your home without an appointment, anywhere in mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium and Italy.

Delivery times

COLISSIMO : From the time it is picked up by La Poste, for delivery in France, the delivery times are 48h/72h*, for delivery in Belgium, the delivery times are 72h*, after your order has been shipped, either to a collection point or to your home.

CHRONOPOST : As soon as your order is shipped, it will be delivered the next day, before 1 p.m.*, either to a collection point or to your home, including Saturday morning.

CHRONOPOST CLASSIC HOME DELIVERY : Only available for delivery in Belgium and Italy. Once your package is picked up, it will be delivered to your home within 48/72 hours* of shipment.

GEODIS : After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and a text message within 48 hours**, allowing you to directly schedule the desired delivery date.

FRANCE EXPRESS : Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered the next day before 1 p.m.*.

*Subject to transport issues and excluding remote departments. **Subject to making an appointment upon receipt of the text message and/or email.
