Workshop dedicated to the crushing of industrial waste

Since its beginnings, the company has worked with plastic materials to produce its panels.

Piscines Desjoyaux is rapidly integrating a plastics processing line into its production site, based on an environmental recycling approach. The goal of this workshop? To use recycled materials to reduce production costs but also to protect the environment. Once crushed and stripped of any metals it contains, the waste is directly used to manufacture the panels for your Desjoyaux pool. This gives household waste a second life, as it is used to manufacture Desjoyaux pool structures.

Extrusion workshop for industrial integration

Still in its logic of 100% MADE IN LOIRE production but also to perpetuate the company's policy:

Respecting the environment by using recycled materials and offering its customers the guarantee of quality of French production; Piscines Desjoyaux has equipped itself with an extruder.

Extrusion is a fully automated process from start to finish. This machine produces the raw material for some of our pools. The principle involves mixing and melting materials at a temperature of 200°C. The following steps are degassing the mixture to remove the last impurities, cutting the extruded material into balls, cooling, material analysis, and then storage in a silot.

Using 2 types of crushed materials (40% food waste – 20% household waste) and 40% carbonate intended to provide the necessary characteristics to the material, this machine makes it possible to produce the raw material for the front faces of our swimming pools.
A production of 1.1 tonnes/hour of material intended to be directly injected for the production of our swimming pool front panels.
