If you know the name of the product, simply enter it in our search field located to the right of the main menu.
I don't know the name of the product:
If you do not know the name of the product, click on one of the categories in the main menu. Our products are classified into 6 categories: Garden , Decoration , Games , Relaxation , Baby and Swimming pool . Simply click on the category of your choice in the menu bar and then select a subcategory. The list of products contained in the subcategory is then presented to you. Click on the product image, on the "Product sheet" button or on the "Quick purchase" button.
Are you interested in a product, but it is not available?
You then have the option to be notified of its availability. Simply enter your email address in the field provided and click the "Notify Me" button. As soon as the product is available again, you will receive an email informing you.
To find out about product availability in store, we invite you to contact your nearest dealer. To find their contact information, visit our website and click on " Find a Desjoyaux Store ," enter your postal code, and select the store of your choice.
You can find our new products by going to the “ New Products ” category in the main menu.
You can find current promotions by going to the “ Promotions ” page in the main menu.
Depending on the type of product, the term “Desjoyaux Exclusive” means either:
- that these are products created internally, by our development department.
- that these are products with specific colors or patterns, only sold at the brand's points of sale or on the laboutique.desjoyaux.fr website.
Some of our products are made in France, the mention “Made in France” is thus notified within the product sheet on the site www.laboutique.desjoyaux.fr , in the “Description” tab and in the Boutique Desjoyaux catalog within the product description.

WEEE is Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (for example, robots or swimming pool projectors), and DEA is Waste Furniture (for example, tables or sun loungers).
All electrical or electronic products or furniture items sold to households, online or in stores, are subject to an eco-contribution, the amount of which is added to their sale price.
These WEEE or DEA eco-contributions make it possible to finance the collection, treatment, recycling or recovery sectors for these end-of-life products.
I ORDER
No. You can only order your products by going to the website www.laboutique.desjoyaux.fr .
You can also find our products directly at your nearest dealership. To find your nearest store, simply click on the " Find a Desjoyaux Store " tab in the main menu and enter your postal code in the corresponding field.
First, you just need to identify yourself if you already have an account or register by clicking on the " My account " tab. If you have a question, you can refer to the section " I want to create an account, how do I do this? " in our FAQ.
Then, simply select the desired product and add it to your cart. Once you've finished selecting your product, click on the " My Cart " tab and complete the order by going through the following steps: choosing your billing and delivery address, choosing your delivery method, and choosing your payment method.
For an order to France: You can pay for your order by credit card (CB, VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard) in one go, 3 or 4 installments free of charge or by PayPal.
For an order to Belgium: You can pay for your order by credit card (CB, VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard) in one go, or by PayPal.
When paying by credit card, La Boutique Desjoyaux has implemented a payment solution that meets the highest transaction security standards: 3D Secure. When paying by card, you enter your bank details: the card number, the expiry date, and the last 3 numbers on the back of the card. After this step, you are automatically redirected to the website provided by the bank that issued your card to enter a security code previously received by text message. To protect you against fraudulent use of your card, you may be asked, depending on the bank, to enter different information.
This exchange of information between you and your bank is secure. It guarantees the identity of the card user. For any questions about the 3D Secure code (obtaining, losing, changing, etc.), we invite you to contact your bank directly.
The Desjoyaux Boutique offers you the option to pay(1) for your order in 3 or 4 interest-free installments by credit card for an amount between €100 and €1,500. To benefit from this offer, simply select this payment method when confirming your order.
This payment method is reserved for individuals whose billing address is located in Metropolitan France. A cash payment by credit card is required, equal to 1/3 or 1/4 of the purchase amount, and the balance is payable in 3 or 4 equal, interest-free monthly installments. Payment by credit card in several interest-free installments is completely secure thanks to SSL data encryption technology.
This payment is only authorized if you have paid the full installments of a previous order recorded in four installments.
This payment offer is reserved for holders of a valid bank card. Electron, Indigo, Mozaïc, and Maestro bank cards, as well as Amex, Diners, and all Business and Foreign cards are excluded.

When paying by credit card in a single payment or in 3 or 4 interest-free installments, the 3D Secure code sent by your bank may expire and you may not be able to validate your payment. If this happens, you can pay using another payment method: PayPal.
If you still wish to pay by credit card, we invite you to return to the " My Cart " tab to find the products you selected. If you cannot find them, we invite you to recreate your cart. You must then repeat the various online ordering and payment steps detailed above. Please note: after 3 authentication failures, your transaction will be canceled. Your card will be blocked after 3 canceled bank transactions. You must then contact your bank.
- If the status of your order is "Payment accepted" or "In preparation", we invite you to contact Customer Service who will be able to modify or cancel your order, subject to validation. The items you have carefully selected remain in your shopping cart. However, they are not considered "reserved," meaning we cannot guarantee that they will still be available when you return to check out your cart.

I GET IT DELIVERED
Depending on the type of products in my basket, the size of my package, its weight, and the delivery area, the site offers me a selection of possible delivery methods. I can then choose the one I prefer based on the advertised shipping costs and the estimated delivery time. The Desjoyaux Boutique offers me 7 delivery methods: 5 to my home and 2 to a collection point:
- Colissimo , which does not deliver dangerous products but delivers all other products throughout mainland France, Corsica, Monaco and Belgium. With Colissimo, you have access to home delivery or delivery to a collection point: post office, a retailer or a Pick-up Station.
- Chronopost, which delivers all types of products throughout mainland France (with specific pricing for certain departments) and Belgium. With Chronopost, you have access to home delivery or delivery to a collection point: post office, retailer, or Chronopost agency. Chronopost imposes a maximum size and weight for packages. Chronopost does not deliver dangerous goods to collection points. Surcharges are applied to certain postal codes.
- GEODIS carrier , which delivers all products (dangerous, bulky, etc.) to your home by appointment throughout mainland France (specific pricing is applied in certain departments) and in Belgium.
- France EXPRESS carrier , which delivers all products (dangerous, bulky, etc.) to your home without an appointment anywhere in mainland France (with specific pricing in certain departments) and in Belgium. Surcharges apply in certain locations.
Depending on the delivery method, the delivery time differs:
- Colissimo offers me delivery within two days of my order being dispatched: either to a collection point or to my home.
- Chronopost Express guarantees next-day delivery before 1 p.m., from the date my order is dispatched, either to a collection point or to your home.
- Chronopost Classic guarantees me home delivery within two days of my order being dispatched, only in Belgium.
- Geodis offers me home delivery, within two days of my order being dispatched, subject to making an appointment upon receipt of the text message and/or email.
- France Express offers me home delivery, the next day before 1 p.m., including Saturday morning, from the date my order is shipped. (The recipient must be present.)
Orders from La Boutique Desjoyaux are prepared and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Any order placed before 9:30 a.m. is prepared and shipped the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 9:30 a.m. are prepared and shipped the next day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
The delivery costs applied to your basket vary depending on different criteria:
the delivery method, the weight of the package, the dimensions and volume of the package, the type of products added to the basket, the delivery address (mountainous areas, large cities, islands, Monaco, Corsica, etc.).
The Desjoyaux Boutique will notify you by email when your order is shipped. Then, depending on the delivery method chosen, the tracking of your delivery will vary:
- Geodis and France Express carriers do not have an order tracking interface.
- Colissimo sends an SMS before delivery and gives you a tracking number and a link to the site allowing you to track your order.
- Chronopost will send you an SMS before delivery to inform you of the delivery date and time. This SMS also contains your order's tracking number and a link to the website allowing you to track your order.
