What is the 14-day money-back guarantee?

Are you not happy with the item you ordered? Did you make a mistake with your order? Did you change your mind? Would you like to cancel one or more items in your order?

Benefit from La Boutique Desjoyaux's 14-day money-back guarantee. You have 14 calendar days (excluding public holidays, bank holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) from the date your order is delivered to return any items that aren't right for you. You'll only be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Under what conditions can I withdraw?

Items sold and shipped by La Boutique Desjoyaux must be returned to the following address:

In the following cases: you do not like the item, you have changed your mind or you made a mistake in your order, you have 14 clear days (excluding public holidays, days off, Saturdays and Sundays) from the date of receipt of your items to return them, for the sole purpose of a refund. The return costs will be at your expense. For more information, we invite you to consult our general conditions of sale.

Only unused, complete, and undamaged items will be accepted. Returned items must be in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the completed return form. It is your responsibility to retain proof of return. For all shipments, we recommend insuring them for the value of the goods they contain.

How do I withdraw?

Do you wish to cancel your order? Does your order or one or more items not meet your expectations? You have 14 days to contact us; several options are then available to you:

- By phone by contacting La Boutique Desjoyaux customer service at 04 77 36 34 90 (local call rate). An advisor will answer you from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

- By going to your customer account, in the “My orders” tab: Select the order concerned, click on the “Details” button, then, in the “Product return request” tab, check the item(s) you wish to return then click on the “generate a return” button.

How do I organize the return of my items?
