Why choose a mini pool?
Why choose a mini pool?
Posté leThe mini pool is on the rise and we can easily say that this success is deserved.

With a busy daily life, future pool owners are looking for a stress-free well-being within their own home.
Absence of administrative formalities
First of all, a swimming pool with dimensions less than 10m² does not require any administrative formalities. There is therefore no need to submit a prior declaration of work or a building permit to the town hall.
However, this simplicity does not exempt owners from respecting certain regulations, particularly regarding the location of the structure in relation to the neighborhood and the roadway. The law generally imposes a minimum distance of 3 meters in order to preserve privacy and ensure good integration into the environment. This distance can, however, vary depending on local specificities, so it is crucial to inquire with the urban planning department of your municipality by consulting the Local Urban Plan (PLU).
Integration on all terrains
Previously, owning a swimming pool was often associated with large outdoor spaces, with pools in the 1980s and 1990s reaching up to 72 m². The trend towards smaller plots has led to a notable evolution in the world of residential swimming pools, favoring the rise of mini pools. The latter, thanks to their adaptability and reduced size, blend perfectly into smaller spaces, representing a boon for owners of small plots. The design of these pools, thought to integrate into various environments, allows them to be installed on almost any plot, whether small, atypical, or even sloping. Having a small plot is therefore no longer an obstacle to building a swimming pool.
The small swimming pool is very well equipped
These small pools are designed to accommodate all the comforts of home . Although they are not large enough, the pools are much more fully equipped than before and can include heating, automatic treatment, and counter-current swimming. They are therefore part of the trend towards better living and well-being at home.
A less energy-intensive pool
Finally, the mini pool is an economical pool. First of all, in terms of purchase price since it requires fewer construction materials and the labor cost is adapted to its size. In terms of consumption and equipment, the costs are also proportional to the pool: the water volume is much lower than that of a medium-sized pool and the consumption of water treatment products is proportional to the volume. Finally, current heating systems are more efficient but also less energy-intensive due to a smaller water volume.
Choosing a mini pool is therefore both economical and ecological and allows its owners to benefit from a beautiful relaxation space in the garden where only the comfort
