The Espio pool alarm is designed for pools up to 10 x 5 m. It has been developed to provide ease of use and minimal bulk. Do you feel that a pool alarm spoils the aesthetic of your pool? Don't panic, opt for the Espio pool alarm, a pool alarm that virtually disappears, thanks to its miniaturization for total discretion. With the detection unit fully submerged, the ergonomics of this pool safety alarm have been designed for simplified setup and use. The pool alarm can be installed without any wired or electrical connection. The Espio pool alarm can be installed on both new and existing pools. For existing pools, it is possible to simply glue your Espio pool alarm into place using the "glue-on" attachment provided.

 

 

A pool safety alarm for daily pool protection.

The Espio pool alarm has been designed to integrate perfectly with most pools, whether existing or under construction, providing daily protection for your pool. Thanks to its integrated technology, the Espio pool alarm constantly monitors the state of your pool and checks for water agitation conditions. Thus, in the event of immersion or a fall into the pool, the pool alarm detects and analyzes the underwater wave and triggers its powerful alarm siren. Equipped with a remote control, you can set up and control your Espio pool alarm remotely. Of course, ensure that your pool alarm's remote control always remains out of reach of children. Before swimming, we invite you to deactivate the monitoring of your pool alarm. Afterwards, once swimming is finished, as soon as the alarm considers your pool to be calm again, it automatically resumes monitoring the pool, thanks to its automatic restart. This can occur 10 to 15 minutes after swimming, depending on the agitation of the pool and wind conditions.

 

 

Pool safety equipment with an innovative design.

The Espio pool alarm has a discreet and innovative design. The pool alarm is compatible with a large number of automatic covers. You can use this type of protection when the pool's location relative to the residence or accommodation allows for a full intervention, including rescue in the pool, in less than 3 minutes. If your pool has dimensions larger than 10 x 5 meters or an unusual shape, we recommend equipping your pool with multiple safety devices.

The Espio pool alarm is composed of:
1 detection center
4 LR20 1.5V alkaline batteries
1 “existing pool” mounting bracket
1 “pool under construction” mounting bracket
1 rubber protection “existing pool”
1 fixing kit (screws, dowels, front screw cover, magnet, key ring, wedge, foam padding)
1 remote control with its battery (3V DL2032)

To be installed on swimming pools built or under construction.

The Espio pool alarm is not compatible with self-supporting or soft-sided above-ground pools, pools without coping, mirror pools, or infinity pools.

The Espio pool alarm is designed and configured according to the NF P90-307-1:2009 standard and can be used on pools with maximum dimensions of 10 x 5 meters.

In the event of a fall into the pool, the Espio alarm triggers its siren in accordance with the requirements of French standard NF P90-307-1:2009.

Our usage tips:

The pool alarm must be audible from your home.

Your Espio pool alarm should be installed in calm weather on a quiet pool.

The water in the pond must be clear and balanced.

Check the immersion depth of the alarm system.

For larger pools, you will need to equip yourself with several pool alarms.

The presence of a bubble cover is not compatible with the proper functioning of the pool alarm.

Our installation advice:

The Espio pool alarm is simply attached by either screwing it in or gluing it.

The choice of location for the alarm system must imperatively meet the following two conditions: A water depth of at least 60 cm and a distance between the underside of the edge and the water line of between 8.5 cm and 20 cm.

Make sure to install your Espio pool alarm more than one meter from the filtration system.

Wintering and Restarting:

The Espio pool alarm does not work when the water surface is frozen (light or heavy frost), or when your pool is not completely filled.

When putting it back into service, you will of course have to carry out a functional test.

Take care that the water is not frozen in the tube of your Espio pool alarm. To ensure this, we invite you to carry out a functional test of the system.

Children should be closely and constantly supervised, with only one person responsible for safety and increased supervision when there are several users in the pool.

This alarm system is not a substitute for common sense or individual responsibility. This pool alarm is a safety device that signals danger (or the risk of danger). Rapid intervention by a responsible adult within 3 minutes is required when the alert signal sounds.

The user who shuts down the system must be aware that human supervision must take over.
