The JD pH-Cl Test pool tester allows you to analyze your pH, chlorine, and TAC levels in seconds. Simply immerse the strip in your pool water. Once the colors appear on your strip, simply compare them with the colors on your pool tester's color scale. The pool tester's strips simplify the interpretation of results. Once your levels are determined, all you have to do is readjust them until you reach the ideal levels.

Our usage tips:

Immerse the JD pH-Cl Test pool tester strip in your pool or spa water for 2 seconds.

Remove the strip from the water and shake it gently to remove excess water.

Wait a few seconds, then compare the coloring of the test fields with the color scale provided on your pool tester.

  • Ideal chlorine level: 1.2 mg/L (ppm).
  • Ideal pH level: between 7.2 and 7.4.
  • Ideal alkalinity level (TAC): between 80 and 120 mg/L (ppm).
