High-performance outdoor heating thanks to infrared technology:

The Calorito outdoor heater uses heating technology with infrared carbon fiber tubes. Highly efficient, it provides pleasant warmth and heats the body without heating the ambient air. The carbon fiber heating tube can be replaced very easily!

 

 

Essential precautions when moving the Calorito:

When moving your Calorito outdoor heater, do so with caution. Strong vibrations can create micro-cracks at the ends of the heating element and lead to its premature breakage.

Our installation tips:

We remind you that the Calorito heater has two heating elements.

  • Before replacing your heating tube, make sure the appliance is inactive. Unplug it from the power supply and wait for the appliance to cool down:
  • Unscrew and remove the protective grill.
  • Remove the metal reflectors located at the ends.
  • Carefully remove the heating tube and replace it.
  • If one of the tubes is defective, it must be replaced.
  • If both tubes are defective, press the ON/HIGH/MED button on the remote control to check that the tubes are still not heating. Also try the ON/HIGH/MED and "OFF" buttons on the control panel, to check that they are not stuck.
  • If the tubes still do not heat up, check that none of the LEDs light up ORANGE. If one or more of the indicator lights are ORANGE, the tubes must be defective (black or white discoloration at each end of the tubes). If the LEDs are not lit and the tubes do not heat up, wait 30 minutes for the appliance to restart, then turn it back on. Repeat if necessary.
