Carbon fiber heating tube.

To be used only for Caldo patio heaters.

Our installation advice:

Before replacing the heating tube, ensure that the heater is turned off (switch in the OFF position) and disconnect the power supply. Before carrying out any work, wait until the appliance has cooled down.

To replace the heating tube:

Unscrew the 8 screws located on the body, at the edge of the grille, then remove the grille.

Unscrew the 2 screws on the reflectors located at the top and bottom of the heating tube then remove the reflectors.

Move the silicone caps to the ends of the heating tube.

Remove the heating tube by pushing it downwards to release its upper part (if necessary, carefully lever it up using a flat screwdriver).

Install the new heating tube: insert one end at the bottom into its housing then push down to insert the other end into its housing at the top.

Ensure that the heating tube is in the correct position: rotate the heating tube on itself and ensure that both ends of the heating tube are in good contact with their respective housing.

Slide the silicone caps over the aluminum domes until they reach the end: the silicone caps must come into contact with the body of the heater.

Replace the two reflectors and screw them back on.

Replace the grid and screw it back on.
