Our installation tips:

  • To install the JD Control remote control, you must first fix the receiver so that there are as few obstacles as possible (walls, hedges, etc.) between the transmitter and the receiver.
  • Since the receiver is IP55 rated, it can be installed outdoors and exposed to bad weather, but the remote control is not waterproof, so it must be stored in a sheltered place.
  • The receiver must be installed at a distance of more than 3.5 m from any water source.
  • The installation must comply with the installation standard in force in the country (NF C15100 in France).
  • However, it cannot be installed on old DESJOYAUX electrical boxes dating before 1993.
