The JD Master Filt's pre-filter basket collects the largest impurities present in your pool (leaves, pine needles, insects, etc.) before they are filtered by your JD Master Filt (long-life filter bag sold separately).

This pre-filter basket slows down the accumulation of debris in your JD Master Filt and thus helps give it great autonomy.

Our installation advice:

Position the pre-filter basket in theJD Master Filt.

Empty and clean the pre-filter basket regularly (with a water jet if necessary).

The use of the pre-filter basket does not exempt you from regular cleaning of theJD Master Filt.

It is possible to place on the basket aJD Skim pre-filterto further slow the accumulation of debris in the pre-filter basket and in theJD Master Filt.
