Our installation advice:

We remind you that the Calorito heater has two resistors.

Before replacing your heating tube, make sure the device is switched off. Unplug it from the power supply and wait for the device to cool down:

Unscrew and remove the protective grille.

Remove the metal reflectors located at the ends.

Carefully remove the heating tube and replace it.

If one of the tubes is defective, it must be replaced.

If both tubes are defective, press the ON/HIGH/MED button on the remote control to check that the tubes are still not heating. Also try the ON/HIGH/MED and "OFF" buttons on the control panel to check that they are not stuck.

If the tubes still do not heat up, check that one of the LEDs is not illuminated in ORANGE. If one or more of the LEDs are illuminated in ORANGE, the tubes must be defective (black or white discoloration at each end of the tubes). If the LEDs are not illuminated and the tubes are not heating up, wait 30 minutes for the unit to restart, then turn it back on. Repeat if necessary.
